My beloved cousin Sadie has gone to the Rainbow Bridge.
She was also my best friend. She came to live with my Mama's cousin 3 years ago. She was a rescue and one of the sweetest doggies ever. We used to take our Mama's on walks together and had a lot of wonderful adventures together. She was the boss and always let me know it, bol. Her name was Sadie, but all of us called her Milady Sadie. She loved her humans very much and was devoted to them. She was beautiful and kind and very loving. She lit up the room when she came in it and my Mama has been crying ever since she left. The picture above was on our first walk together on the Chehalis Trail. She loved the outdoors and sniffing and running along with me. She loved her little squeaky monkey (that I always tried to steal) and all her other toys.
This is Sadie letting her humans know it was time to eat. She had a great sense of humor and was always smiling. I will miss her a lot and so will my Mama. Good bye dear Sadie and someday we will run again at the Bridge.

Farewell Marshal Dillon (James Arness)
The man I was named for passed away. James Arness you will be dearly missed. My Mama grew up watching you on Gunsmoke and named me after you.

Corgi Gathering
My mom and I went to a great corgi gathering in Woodinville Washington this Wednesday. Here is my buddy Timothy and his mom. She was trying (in vain) to keep him dry. It was raining like mad.
One of my friends guarding the food table. Boy it was yummy food.
This is a bunch of my friends waiting for some silly human to drop some food.
My buddy One Eyed Jack. He is one energetic corgi. I loved playing with him. I don't know how he lost his eye, but it doesn't slow him down. He is a pistol.

At the park
Welcome to the wonderful dog park in Steliacoom Washington. Acres and acres of fun places to sniff and roll. It also is good place to walk your human.
Also it is a good place to get in some herding practice. Okay they are dogs, but the one looks like a sheep, doesn't it?
Finally some time for playing fetch. I don't know if you can see my red ball in my mouth. Boy is it fun to be at the dog park.

Ode to my favorite toy
I really love my toy. I call it my Bing Bong. As you can see it has a ball on either side and the rope is great to chew on.
Don't anybody dare come near my toy. I protect it from all cats, birds and hoomans.

Spring has sprung
I am checking on these Daffodills that Mom planted. I have to guard them against other dogs, so they don't dig them up. I would never do that....uh....again.
Here comes that nasty neighbor dog of mine. Stay out of here Pomeranian.

Darn she made me come in. Well all those doggies better still watch out.

Sleeping with the enemy
This is my sister kitty, Ginnie. This was when she was a kitten, I really liked her then. Now I found that she is fun to chase and scare. Mama yells at me when I chase her or bark at her, but I don't care. Cats are fun to chase.
